\ BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBSTATION \


ZGS ENERGY STORAGE BOX-TYPE SUBSTATION - ZGS series new energy box-type substation is special equipment for grid output after increasing the voltage of wind power or photoelectric 0.315-1KV to 10KV or 35KV, which is a new product tailored for new energy power generation by our company to learn from the experience of new energy power generation in Europe and the United States, combined with the actual situation and status of domestic new energy power generation. Its emergence adapts to the trend of establishing new energy farms on a large scale across the country and is the best-supporting product for new energy power generation systems.
The product adopts a frame structure, welded with steel or assembled from steel plates, the frame is covered with a special paint layer, with strong mechanical properties, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance preassembled (box-type) substation as a whole structure, the box is separated into three relatively independent small rooms that are high-voltage room transformer room and low greenhouse room lighting are automatically opened and closed with the door of the preassembled (box-type) There is a heat insulation layer at the top of the substation to prevent condensation caused by the rapid change of temperature in the box in the high temperature and competition area. In order to make the temperature in the box stable, the low-voltage room of the transformer room is equipped with an automatic temperature control device.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE SUBSTATION - 

HIGH-VOLTAGE CHAMBER - E
quipped with a high-voltage ring network cabinet, which has a perfect "five-proof" function. The high-voltage switch can choose a sulfur hexaoxide load switch and vacuum circuit breaker. The cabinet has a variety of protection functions such as transformer short circuit and overload.
TRANSFORMER CHAMBER - Equipped with dry or oil-immersed transformers. The box is equipped with a perfect ventilation system, the temperature control value can be set according to needs, and the transformer is equipped with a live interval device to prevent accidental entry during observation.
LOW-VOLTAGE CHAMBER -  Divided into two assembly forms: with corridor type and without corridor type. The indoor can be equipped with metering cabinet, mainline inlet cabinet, outlet cabinet, capacitor cabinet, and contact cabinet (when two transformers are used), with the overall function of low-voltage switchgear. The general measuring cabinet and the main switch are integrated, that is, the upper part of the cabinet is the instrument, the measuring box, and the middle and lower parts are automatic air switches, arresters, and sensors. The capacitor cabinet can be automatically compensated by manual or automatic control. The capacitor reactive power compensation capacity is generally 15-30% of the transformer capacity.

2. Maximum ambient temperature + 40ºC, minimum indoor ambient temperature -40ºC
3. Humidity The daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%
4. Installed in a place without fire and explosion danger, serious pollution chemical corrosion, and violent vibration.



\ DESIGN & MANUFACTURE PROCESS \

Based on more than 30 years of design, manufacturing, and experimental experience in the transformer industry, CEEG has developed a set of advanced three-dimensional + parametric design software, which can realize automatic design, cost optimization, and simulation.
Fully considering the requirements of the national and industrial standards, ensuring the advantageous design of products.

The high-voltage winding conductor is wound with a high-quality conductor and reinforced with long and short-cut glass fiber felt. Poured by the advanced Heidrich vacuum pouring system under vacuum. Effectively restrain the occurrence of partial discharge, and the partial discharge is ≤ 5pc.

The low-voltage winding adopts a high-quality foil conductor and is wound on an automatic foil winding machine. The foil winding machine adopts the patented technology of foil wire hydraulic energy-saving tension crimping device, high-precision detection of ±0.5mm, and advanced argon arc welding technology, which plays a key role in ensuring the quality of coil winding.

The iron core adopts a high-quality high magnetic conductivity-oriented silicon steel sheet, a 45° full oblique step lapping process, and the surface adopts special moisture-proof and rust-proof coating, which effectively reduces the no-load current and noise level.



\ TESTING \ 

All products strictly control the production process and quality links, and conduct strict tests and inspections according to national standards and customized requirements before leaving the factory, including partial discharge inspection, lightning resistance and electric shock inspection, noise inspection, and other necessary inspection items. Advanced test and detection equipment and a perfect inspection and detection system ensure the high quality and high quality of products.

\ USE & INSTALLATION \

 SERVICE CONDITIONS - The installation site shall not be flooded by water, the altitude shall not exceed 1000m, and the ambient temperature shall not be higher than 40ºC. The relative humidity is 100%, and the environment is 40ºC to -25ºC (-25ºC requires an on-load tap changer and temperature controller).
The installation site shall be clean, free of conductive dust and corrosive gas, and have good ventilation or artificial ventilation conditions.
During product installation, it shall be 300mm away from walls and other obstacles, and there shall be a distance of 300mm between adjacent transformers. For distribution boxes and other places with limited installation space, the above distance can be adjusted appropriately.


PACKAGING & TRANSPORTATION - The products can be partially disassembled and transported (such as on-load tap changer, temperature controller, air cooling device, enclosure, etc. can be packaged separately) or packed as one piece in packaging boxes for transportation.
During the lifting process of the package, ropes shall be hung on sleepers at the four corners at the bottom of the package. Special lifting devices should be used to lift the products after the package is opened. It can be lifted 100mm - 150mm above the ground first, and then formally lifted after there is no abnormality.

During transportation, there shall be no upward and downward slope greater than 15° on the road. In order to ensure that the vehicle can bear the load evenly, the product center of gravity shall be located on the vertical centerline of the vehicle during loading. In order to prevent displacement and rollover during transportation, the long-axis direction of the product shall be consistent with the transportation direction, and the product shall be firmly bound on the vehicle.

VISUAL INSPECTION BEFORE INSTALLATION - After opening the package, remove the protective device and check the external conditions, especially paying attention to the mechanical integrity of the coil and iron core, and the bolt fastening at the connection.
After inspection, all fasteners, coils, and iron core pressing parts must be tightened in turn without any looseness.
Use dry compressed air or a clean cloth to clean the dust and dirt on the product.
When the storage time is long and there are water droplets or condensation on the transformer surface, it shall be dried until the insulation resistance of the coil is qualified.


INSPECTION BEFORE OPERATION - Measure the DC resistance of high voltage and low voltage windings. Then check the grounding of the iron core to see whether the grounding is reliable and whether foreign matters are overlapping. Last to test the insulation resistance.

ENERGIZING - Before putting into operation, the transformer shall be put into trial operation under no-load, and the protection system shall be checked and adjusted after 3 times of impulse closing.
When the product leaves the factory, the tap positions of voltage regulation at the high-voltage side are connected according to the rated position. Voltage adjustment is required during operation. The corresponding tap connection voltage is indicated on the nameplate (when there is no excitation voltage regulation), and it must be carried out when the transformer power supply is cut off.
