\ BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SWITCHGEAR \

KY-ZDGC-Z MINING HIGH-VOLTAGE VACUUM SWITCHGEAR - is mainly used in the power supply systems of central substations, bottom stations, main ventilation shafts, and major ventilation branch road distribution rooms in coal mines without gas and coal dust explosion.  It is used for power distribution, protection, and control of three-phase AC 50HZ voltage 6KV or 10KV electrical equipment. It can also be used to directly start or dry type starting resistance starting underground fan motors and water pump motors. It is also suitable for coal mine ground substations, and ventilation fan controls, including metallurgy, chemical power supply systems, etc.

The KY-ZDGC-Z trolley circuit breaker has the characteristics of good interchangeability, anti-leakage design, high-strength corrosion-resistant enclosure, enhanced sealing, and anti-drip. It can operate normally under conditions of low temperature, high humidity, dripping water, and no corrosive gases. With its excellent performance and wide adaptability, it is suitable for the harsh environment in coal mines. Compared with hydraulic vacuum circuit breakers, the KY-ZDGC-Z trolley vacuum circuit breaker has the advantages of smaller volume, lighter weight, less maintenance, faster action speed, and less contact erosion. It can better meet the requirements of frequent operation and short-circuit interruption in coal mine power supply systems. However, its dynamic stability and interruption capacity are slightly lower than hydraulic circuit breakers. For power supply systems with frequent severe short-circuit faults, hydraulic circuit breakers may be more suitable. In summary, users should choose the appropriate circuit breaker type according to the specific conditions of the power supply system and load, to achieve safe, reliable, and economical operation. \ PRODUCT STRUCTURE \

The KY-ZDGC-Z trolley circuit breaker has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, flexible combination, reliable interlock, and safe operation. It is an ideal power distribution and control equipment for coal mine power supply systems.

1. The switch cabinet is an indoor enclosed type with protection level IP40, complying with the requirements of GB12173 "General Electrical Equipment for                Mines" standard. 
2. The basic structure adopts a thin-walled structure made of a thin steel sheet or aluminum-zinc sheet. 
3. This switch cabinet is a rectangular box. The box is divided into a trolley compartment, an instrument compartment, a cable compartment, and a bus                        compartment by a partition in the middle of the box. The instrument compartment is equipped with all control and indication instruments. The trolley chamber        is equipped with trolleys, plug-in contact bases, and grounding plugs. The bus chamber has three conductive busbars fixed on the box insulator as through          busbars. The cable chamber is provided with a flared opening for introducing the power cable. Surge absorbers or RC absorbers can be installed according to      different needs. Zero-sequence current transformers can also be installed. The cable chamber also has a small flare. Users can introduce control lines to                achieve remote control. At the bottom of the front of the box is a quick-opening door for the trolley chamber. On it are a mechanical closing operation handle, a      mechanical opening and closing indicator for the circuit breaker, and a mechanical opening button. 
4. The switch cabinet is equipped with mechanical and electrical interlock devices to ensure the sequence of operations and "five anti-safety", namely:
    
- The circuit breaker cannot be moved from the working position to the test position or from the test position to the working position when it is closed. 
    - When the trolley is in the maintenance position, between the working position and the test position, the circuit breaker cannot be closed;
    - When the circuit breaker is closed, the door of the trolley chamber cannot be opened; 
5. On the left and right sides above the instrument compartment, small busbar connection windows are opened for convenient terminal wiring of inter-cabinet             control small busbars, as well as for inspection and maintenance.
6. This switch cabinet is simple to operate and easy to maintain. Open the door of the trolley chamber, lower the guide rail, press the trolley lock with your hand,         and pull the trolley with your hand. The trolley can be pulled out of the box along the guide rail. The main circuit devices on the trolley are clearly visible.            7.  Opening the front upper door, the control panel and control instrument panel can be moved out of the box shell for inspection and maintenance through the           articulated folding structure. Opening the rear upper cover can maintain the electrical equipment in the bus chamber and cable chamber.


\ FEATURES \

1. Good interchangeability of the same type of trolley: Introducing advanced technology of similar products from Germany, the trolley adopts a central structure         with good interchangeability.
2.  Anti-leakage measures: Special anti-leakage measures are installed in the design.
3.  High-strength enclosure: Corrosion-resistant aluminum-zinc sheet material is used for the enclosure.
4. Strengthened sealing technology: Strengthened sealing technology is adopted at the door panels and sealing plates.

\ CONDITION OF USE \

1.  Ambient temperature: -20°C ~ +40°C; 
2.  Altitude not exceeding 1000M;
3.  Surrounding relative humidity not greater than 95% (at 25°C); 
4.  In places without gas, coal dust explosion hazards and severe vibration in coal mines; 
5.  In an environment without gases and vapors that can corrode metals and damage insulation;
6.  A small amount of vertical dripping water is allowed.




\ DESIGN & MANUFACTURE PROCESS \

Based on more than 30 years of design, manufacturing, and experimental experience in the transformer industry, CEEG has developed a set of advanced three-dimensional + parametric design software, which can realize automatic design, cost optimization, and simulation.

The high-voltage winding conductor is wound with a high-quality conductor and reinforced with long and short-cut glass fiber felt. Poured by the advanced Heidrich vacuum pouring system under vacuum. Effectively restrain the occurrence of partial discharge, and the partial discharge is ≤ 5pc.

The low-voltage winding adopts a high-quality foil conductor and is wound on an automatic foil winding machine. The foil winding machine adopts the patented technology of foil wire hydraulic energy-saving tension crimping device, high-precision detection of ±0.5mm, and advanced argon arc welding technology, which plays a key role in ensuring the quality of coil winding.

The iron core adopts a high-quality high magnetic conductivity-oriented silicon steel sheet, a 45° full oblique step lapping process, and the surface adopts special moisture-proof and rust-proof coating, which effectively reduces the no-load current and noise level.



\ TESTING \ 

All products strictly control the production process and quality links, and conduct strict tests and inspections according to national standards and customized requirements before leaving the factory, including partial discharge inspection, lightning resistance and electric shock inspection, noise inspection, and other necessary inspection items. \ USE & INSTALLATION \

 SERVICE CONDITIONS - The installation site shall not be flooded by water, the altitude shall not exceed 1000m, and the ambient temperature shall not be higher than 40ºC. The relative humidity is 100%, and the environment is 40ºC to -25ºC (-25ºC requires an on-load tap changer and temperature controller).
The installation site shall be clean, free of conductive dust and corrosive gas, and have good ventilation or artificial ventilation conditions.
During product installation, it shall be 300mm away from walls and other obstacles, and there shall be a distance of 300mm between adjacent transformers. For distribution boxes and other places with limited installation space, the above distance can be adjusted appropriately.


PACKAGING & TRANSPORTATION - The products can be partially disassembled and transported (such as on-load tap changer, temperature controller, air cooling device, enclosure, etc. can be packaged separately) or packed as one piece in packaging boxes for transportation.
During the lifting process of the package, ropes shall be hung on sleepers at the four corners at the bottom of the package. Special lifting devices should be used to lift the products after the package is opened. It can be lifted 100mm - 150mm above the ground first, and then formally lifted after there is no abnormality.

During transportation, there shall be no upward and downward slope greater than 15° on the road. In order to ensure that the vehicle can bear the load evenly, the product center of gravity shall be located on the vertical centerline of the vehicle during loading. In order to prevent displacement and rollover during transportation, the long-axis direction of the product shall be consistent with the transportation direction, and the product shall be firmly bound on the vehicle.

VISUAL INSPECTION BEFORE INSTALLATION - After opening the package, remove the protective device and check the external conditions, especially paying attention to the mechanical integrity of the coil and iron core, and the bolt fastening at the connection.
After inspection, all fasteners, coils, and iron core pressing parts must be tightened in turn without any looseness.
Use dry compressed air or a clean cloth to clean the dust and dirt on the product.
When the storage time is long and there are water droplets or condensation on the transformer surface, it shall be dried until the insulation resistance of the coil is qualified.


INSPECTION BEFORE OPERATION - Measure the DC resistance of high voltage and low voltage windings. Then check the grounding of the iron core to see whether the grounding is reliable and whether foreign matters are overlapping. Last to test the insulation resistance.

ENERGIZING - Before putting into operation, the transformer shall be put into trial operation under no-load, and the protection system shall be checked and adjusted after 3 times of impulse closing.
When the product leaves the factory, the tap positions of voltage regulation at the high-voltage side are connected according to the rated position. Voltage adjustment is required during operation. The corresponding tap connection voltage is indicated on the nameplate (when there is no excitation voltage regulation), and it must be carried out when the transformer power supply is cut off.
