DRY-TYPE RECTIFIER VARIABLE FREQUENCY POWER TRANSFORMER- specializes in providing multi-phase rectifier power supply for medium and high voltage inverters. The products are mainly used in dry power plant boiler fans, water supply systems, and automatic control systems for metallurgy, the chemical industry, and urban municipal engineering.
CEEG applies mature technology, fully considers various types of medium and high voltage inverters, and carefully develops ZPSG type NOMEX insulated dry-type rectifier variable frequency transformer. Products include 9-phase, 12-phase, 18-phase, and 27-phase self-cooling and air-cooled types of rectifier inverter transformers. This type of transformer has the remarkable characteristics of small size, strong overload capacity, small partial discharge, strong short circuit resistance, flame retardant, low noise, and energy saving of 40%.
ZPSG series rectifier variable frequency power transformers are suitable for use with high-voltage inverters, mainly in municipal water supply, electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, petrochemical, cement, coal, and other industries.

\ TESTING \
All products strictly control the production process and quality links, and conduct strict tests and inspections according to national standards and customized requirements before leaving the factory, including partial discharge inspection, lightning resistance and electric shock inspection, noise inspection, and other necessary inspection items. Advanced test and detection equipment and a perfect inspection and detection system ensure the high quality and high quality of products.
\ USE & PACKING \
SERVICE CONDITIONS -
The installation site shall not be flooded by water, the altitude shall not exceed 1000m, and the ambient temperature shall not be higher than 40ºC. The relative humidity is 100%, and the environment is 40ºC to -25ºC (-25ºC requires an on-load tap changer and temperature controller).
PACKAGING & TRANSPORTATION - The products can be partially disassembled and transported (such as on-load tap changer, temperature controller, air cooling device, enclosure, etc. can be packaged separately) or packed as one piece in packaging boxes for transportation.
VISUAL INSPECTION BEFORE INSTALLATION - After opening the package, remove the protective device and check the external conditions, especially paying attention to the mechanical integrity of the coil and iron core, and the bolt fastening at the connection.
INSPECTION BEFORE OPERATION - Measure the DC resistance of high voltage and low voltage windings. Then check the grounding of the iron core to see whether the grounding is reliable and whether foreign matters are overlapping. Last to test the insulation resistance.
ENERGIZING - Before putting into operation, the transformer shall be put into trial operation under no-load, and the protection system shall be checked and adjusted after 3 times of impulse closing.
